Luxe Home Interiors Waterford

A family business, designed for connection

Since opening in 2006, Luxe Home Interiors has always been about more than furniture. Founded by Sam and Lynn Leake alongside their daughter Elizabeth, it began as a family business focused on blending coastal design with a level of service that feels personal, not transactional.

Today, Luxe is proudly family-owned once again, guided by new owners, Kelly and Kyle, committed to carrying that same spirit forward. The goal remains unchanged: create spaces you love while building relationships that go far beyond a single project.

At Luxe, you’re not just a client. You’re part of something more.

Meet the Luxe Home Interiors family

Julie Bray

Lead Interior Designer

Julie is the lead designer here at Luxe. With her years of experience, she is able to guide clients through the design process, turning their homes into dream homes. A native North Carolinian, Julie has a solid understanding of the coastal lifestyle and the designs that enhance it. As a part of her process, she creates digital floor plans and presentations to help clients visualize their projects. She always looks forward to installation day. Seeing everything come together and her clients’ reactions are priceless. In every room, Julie encourages a little bit of greenery. Plants, flowers, and trees add a sense of relaxation and tranquility to a space. If you don’t have a green thumb, Julie says a really good faux plant will always do the trick.

Ann Graceffo

Interior Designer

Ann’s journey into interior design began in the heart of New York City’s fashion world—a place full of energy, inspiration, and beauty. It’s where she first fell in love with the art of telling stories through textures, colors, and details. That experience gave her an eye for timeless design and a deep appreciation for how the right space can make you feel at home the moment you walk in. At Luxe, Ann brings that same thoughtful perspective to every project. She has a gift for blending what her clients already love with fresh new pieces that bring warmth and function into their homes. Her designs feel lived-in, layered, and full of soul—because to Ann, it’s never just about how a room looks, but how it lives.
